We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all our paid courses and programs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- You must have completed less than 25% of the course content
- The request must be made through our official support channels
- The course must not have been fully downloaded or copied

The 7-day period starts from the date of purchase, not the date you first access the course.
3. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:

Refund Timeline:

- Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit: The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date
- If you have completed more than 25% of the course content
- If you have downloaded course materials extensively
- If you have violated our Terms of Service
- For free courses or complimentary access
- If you change your mind after the 7-day period
- For subscription renewals (must be cancelled before the renewal date)
5. Subscription Cancellations
Monthly/Annual Subscriptions:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will retain access to all content until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time
- Cancelled subscriptions do not auto-renew

- Go to Account Settings → Subscription Management
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
- You will receive a confirmation email
6. Bundle and Package Purchases
For course bundles or package deals:
- The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the entire bundle
- Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available
- If you purchased a bundle at a discounted rate, the refund will be for the bundle price, not individual course prices
- The 25% completion limit applies to the total bundle content
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing our platform or course content:
- Contact our technical support team immediately
- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the 7-day window
- The 7-day refund period may be extended in cases of documented technical issues on our end
8. Course Updates and Changes
We regularly update our courses with new content, improvements, and resources. If we make significant changes to a course you have purchased:
- You will receive access to all updates at no additional cost
- If major changes significantly alter the course's core content or value proposition, you may request a refund within 7 days of the update notification
- Minor updates, bug fixes, and content improvements do not qualify for refunds
9. Promotional and Discount Purchases
For courses purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes:
- The same 7-day money-back guarantee applies
- Refunds will be processed for the amount you actually paid
- Once refunded, you cannot repurchase the course at the promotional price
- Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be reused after a refund
10. Payment Gateway Charges
Please note that payment gateway transaction fees (charged by Razorpay, Stripe, Instamojo, etc.) are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the amount credited will be the course price minus any transaction fees that are non-recoverable from the payment processor.
11. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
If you have concerns about a charge:
- Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank
- We are committed to resolving any billing disputes fairly and quickly
- Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension
- We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks
